Unity Development Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced Unity Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge solutions using Unitys real-time 3D technology. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create scalable, innovative, and impactful applications across industries such as gaming, automotive, education, and the Metaverse. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and oversee the architecture of Unity-based applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in Unity development.
• Develop reusable frameworks, tools, and components to accelerate project delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest Unity features and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges during development and deployment.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to align solutions with business goals.

• Extensive experience in Unity development, with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Proficiency in C# programming and software architecture principles.
• Outstanding communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging at a senior management level.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex technical solutions.

• Familiarity with AR/VR technologies and Metaverse applications.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in industries like gaming, automotive, or education.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• FMCG Commercial business process awareness will be considered as an advantage
• Proficiency in English
