• Oversees Ziwo, Etisalat Cloudtalk, Microsoft Licenses, Office Licenses, and other Tech & Marketing Subscriptions.
• Manages user additions, cancellations, and utilization efficiency.
• Optimizes costs and ensures proper allocation of resources.
• Ensures secure access to IT platforms (Ziwo, Respond.io, etc.).
• Monitors IT security compliance.
• Handles new user setups for Ziwo and Respond.io (UAE SIM hosting & WhatsApp Business toll).
• Acts as the primary contact for IT vendors and service providers.

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in IT administration

• Solid knowledge of IT security compliance and access control

• Strong vendor management and coordination skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
