ROLE STATEMENT/BASIC FUNCTION

Ensures customers are satisfied with the companys products and services. Responsible for creating and implementing service strategies and developing customer retention programs - to foster long-lasting relationships with your existing clients, which would, in turn, promote word-of-mouth marketing

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop long-term relationships with clients and maintain trust and loyalty

• Ensure clients are satisfied with the customer service and assistance provided

• Meet with clients to learn about their needs and create plans to achieve them

• Regularly communicate with clients over the phone, social media, or in person to review and update their needs and requirements

• Detect and resolve escalated issues and complaints from clients

• Gather and analyze feedback from clients and direct feedback to the concerned departments

• Present contracts to clients, negotiate terms and conditions, and ensure adherence to contract terms

• Collaborates with internal teams to meet client need.
