Sales Channels Support Officer

Receive, process and submit all documents related to the Sales Channels while conducting a periodic follow up on all related correspondences in a timely manner. Review the rejected files by the Credit Risk department, salvage the eligible files for deviation and present it to the relevant supervisor to be discussed with the Risk team. Maintain efficient I-Score checking in order to ensure external delinquency string and minimum score cut offs are met. Review all applications and conduct call checks to validate the information before submitting them to the Sales Channels Support Supervisor review to maintain the desired approval rate in addition to adding them on the relevant system for better tracking. Liaise with the potential customers and the Banks relevant departments the account opening process, printing cheques, booking documents and all related steps needed to on-board those customers. Conduct regular analysis for all the selling programs approved for the sales channel teams and ensure an updated record of the sales team targets and achievements. Maintain an efficient filing cabinet and ensure that all files and documents are well kept and maintained in a safe place for a better retrieval and reporting while ensuring that all forms and applications required for the sales are in stock and up to date. Gather feedback from the Sales Teams and customers and propose enhancements to the Sales Channels Support Supervisor and Sales Channels Support & Efficiency Manager for a better process and to ensure meeting a good customer satisfaction level. Support the Sales Channels Support Supervisor to liaise with the HR and the Outsource companies all new hires needed documents and their on-boarding in alignment with the relevant sales manager-head to ensure that all necessary approvals and documents are fulfilled in a timely manner.
