Koinz is a rapidly scaling Egyptian start-up thats building what we believe is the third generation of food aggregators. Our platform integrates closed-loop rewarding and engagement systems with the online and offline ordering journey to deliver industry-leading value to both consumers and restaurant brands. In the last year, the company raised a seven-figure pre-seed round from a leading venture capital firm and influential local angels, expanded to KSA, and grew revenues 10x+ while maintaining category-leading engagement and retention KPIs. We are currently looking to expand our team with elite talent before raising a large seed round and expanding to 10 countries.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to conduct concept discussions and translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.
  • Perform competitive analysis to stay ahead in design trends and best practices.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI designs.
  • Design intuitive, scalable, and delightful user experiences tailored for both mobile and web-based platforms.
  • Ensure designs are responsive and adaptable across multiple screen sizes.
  • Maintain, document, and share a robust and coherent design system with cross-functional teams.
  • Share full Figma designs, facilitate design discussions, and gather feedback from product, engineering, and business teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 months of professional experience in UX/UI design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Experience in creating pixel-perfect designs suitable for various devices and screen resolutions.
  • Proven ability to build, maintain, and share design systems.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and design principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Portfolio demonstrating practical design experience.
