We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil Technical Engineer to join our Technical Office team. This role is key to supporting and coordinating all aspects of concrete works, ensuring technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and project efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with a specialization in building design, codes, and technical documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience drafting RFIs and working on architectural/structural components.
  • In-depth knowledge of California Building Codes (CBC) and Los Angeles Municipal Codes (LAMC).
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and structural plans.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Note: Timetracking and Monitoring is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£405.00 - E£506.00 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week
