Call Center Agent (Medical Labs & Radiology)

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 4,700 EGP
  • KPI Bonus: 500 EGP (performance-based)
  • Contest Reward: Up to 700 EGP
  • Total Salary: Up to 5,900 EGP
  • Social Insurance: Mandatory
  • Paid Training: 2-3 weeks before starting

Working Hours:

  • Daily Working Hours: 8 hours & 45 minutes (including breaks).
  • Last shift ends at 12:00 AM.

Requirements:

  • Education:
  • University degree (required).
  • General Criteria:
  • Age: Maximum 30 years.
  • Gender: Males only.
  • Military Status: Must have completed military service or exemption.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from patients and doctors.
  • Schedule appointments for radiology and lab tests.
  • Assist customers with test results and inquiries.
  • Provide technical support and resolve complaints.
  • Use booking software to manage appointments.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Weekly Day Off:

One rotating day off per week.
