Telesales Representative - Major Pharmaceutical Distribution CompanyJob Title:
Telesales Representative (Pharmaceutical Distribution)

Cairo - Downtown
Salary & Benefits:
- Base Salary: 5,000 EGP
- Commission: Up to 1,800 EGP (based on targets)
- KPI Bonus: 500 EGP (performance-based)
- Total Salary: Up to 7,300 EGP
- Social Insurance: Mandatory
- Paid Training: 10 days before starting
Working Hours:
- Shift: Evening only
- Schedule: 6:00 PM - 1:00 AM
- Daily Working Hours: 7 hours
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in pharmaceutical sales/distribution (essential).
- Education:
- Relevant degree (Pharmacy, Commerce, or related field preferred).
- Language Skills:
- Good command of English (spoken & written).
- General Criteria:
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
- Gender: Males only.
- Military Status: Fully exempted (mandatory).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals.
- Achieve sales targets and promote pharmaceutical products.
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints.
- Update and maintain customer databases.
- Follow up on payments and deliveries.
- Adhere to company policies and sales protocols.
Weekly Day Off:
One day per week (Thursday).
