Project Manager

Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time, within budget, and to the defined scope. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all projects align with the companys strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, and timelines, using industry-standard methodologies (e.g., Agile).
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead and manage project teams, providing direction and support.
• Monitor project progress and performance against the plan.
• Track project costs and ensure adherence to budget.
• Manage project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Implement project control processes to track and manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Use project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) to track progress and manage tasks.
• Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders.
• Identify and address project issues and escalate as appropriate.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Conduct project closure activities, including final project review and documentation.
• Prepare project completion reports and lessons learned.
• Ensure all project deliverables are properly archived.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
• Communicate project status and updates effectively to stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure projects comply with all relevant company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and complete project documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration).
• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, eg).
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• PMP or other relevant project management certification (a plus).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards.
