About the role
- Oversee daily operations of the Accounts Payable (P2P) team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and external regulations
- Lead and support month-end and year-end closing activities related to payables
- Handle vendor relations and resolve escalated issues
- Monitor key KPIs (e.g., payment on time, invoice accuracy, aging reports)
- Coach and develop team members, ensuring consistent performance and knowledge sharing
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and other departments to improve the P2P cycle
- Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives

- Ideally, 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance
- A university degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
- Strong command of English; a second language is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERP systems—SAP experience is a strong advantage.
