Requirements

• 2 years of experience in brand management, PR, or marketing communications.

• Proven track record in event planning and public relations execution.
• Strong leadership and project management skills to run an internal creative team or agency-style setup.
• Excellent understanding of branding, storytelling, and consumer psychology.
• Stellar communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for presenting and pitching ideas.
Comfortable in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

• Act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistency and excellence across all internal and external brand touchpoints.
• Lead and oversee the in-house creative agency, managing timelines, creative direction, and cross-functional alignment.
• Plan, organize, and execute brand activations, PR initiatives, and events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Develop and enforce brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual and verbal identity across campaigns and channels.
• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to align brand strategy with marketing and business goals.
• Build relationships with media, influencers, and event partners to boost brand reputation and reach.
Monitor brand performance, consumer perception, and competitor activity, delivering regular reports and insights.
