Join GSK as an Operational Quality Inspector in our mission for excellence! We are looking for dedicated professionals to ensure strict adherence to OQ and GMP standards in production areas, meticulously check batch-related documentation, and provide comprehensive reports on quality performance against approved standards. Help us deliver the highest quality products to our consumers

In this role you will…

• Ensure adherence to GMP measures and standard procedures in production areas, including validation batches and planned changes.
• Review batch-related documentation for completeness, correctness, and compliance with approved standards.
• Handle and manage batch records, OQ quality files, and retained samples store as per GMP and GSP standards.
• Conduct investigations for quality complaints, deviations, and OOS, and agree on appropriate CAPA with responsible area owners.
• Provide quality oversight during manufacturing and packaging processes to ensure quality levels are maintained.
• Coach operators to embed a quality mindset in their daily activities and conduct OQ self-inspections to evaluate department activities.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

• BSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences.

• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Good computer skills (Word and Excel).
• Very good communication skills.
• Knowledge of GLP & GMP requirements.
