Graduate Development Program (GDP)

We are looking for ambitious, talented, and motivated recent graduates to join our Graduate Development Program (GDP). As a GDP Participant, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop professional skills, and receive mentorship while rotating across multiple key departments within the company. The program is designed to accelerate your career progression, foster leadership capabilities, and provide a comprehensive understanding of our business operations.

During the program, you will participate in training, rotational assignments, and real-world projects while building the skills needed for future leadership roles. By the end of the program, you will be well-equipped to transition into any available role within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Department Rotations:
• Rotate through various departments (e.g., Helpdesk, Operations, Project Management) to gain a broad understanding of the business.
• Contribute to departmental projects and daily operations, collaborating with team members to solve real-world problems.
• Apply academic knowledge to real-world scenarios, assisting in the execution of strategic initiatives and supporting operational goals.
• Training & Development:
• Participate in comprehensive company specific technical and skills training programs.
• Attend workshops, webinars, and other compliance training sessions designed to foster professional growth.
• Develop expertise in relevant tools, systems, and technologies used across departments.
• Project Management & Collaboration:
• Work on cross-functional projects, collaborating with colleagues from various departments to drive business results.
• Take ownership of specific tasks or components within projects, delivering results within set timelines and quality standards.
• Contribute to team discussions, sharing insights and ideas based on your experiences.
• Mentorship & Networking:
• Receive one-on-one mentorship from leaders, providing guidance, career advice, and professional development.
• Build relationships with peers, mentors, and other company leaders to expand your professional network.
• Performance & Feedback:
• Regularly assess your own performance through feedback from mentors, managers, and peers.
• Participate in ongoing performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement and track development milestones.
• Identify and set personal and professional development goals with guidance from your mentor.
• Post-Program Placement:
• At the end of the program, successful candidates will be transitioned into a permanent role within the company that aligns with business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• A recent graduate with an IT / Automation / Engineering bachelor’s degree.
• Skills & Abilities:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
