Role Description
- On-site role is located in Giza
- Responsible for coordinating and managing the healthcare provider network for AMC.
- The role includes collaborating with health care providers to ensure high-quality care for AMC members,
- Negotiating contracts with healthcare providers
- Managing the provider network in accordance with AMC policies and procedures
- Serving as a liaison between AMC and healthcare providers
- Conducting provider training and education sessions as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field
- At least two years of experience working in healthcare administration, including experience working with provider networks and healthcare contracts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively with healthcare providers and other stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects related to healthcare provider networks, contract negotiations, and network development is a plus
- Experience in the healthcare industry in Egypt is a plus
