Join us as a Sales Account Manager and play a vital part in driving our growth by nurturing strategic client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of the sales cycle.Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients for outreach and qualification.
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing to develop compelling sales materials and value propositions.
  • Prepare and send detailed proposals and quotations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with client needs.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive closing plans for strategic sales opportunities.
  • Secure commitments from clients and guide them through the contract and closing process.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales Solution Engineers to understand client requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and pre-sales team for a seamless transition.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the products technical aspects, features, and benefits.
  • Address client inquiries and objections with a thorough understanding of our solution.
  • Actively manage and nurture customer relationships post-sale.
  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and prospecting efforts.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, specifically within the garments field or garment industry solutions, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience with ERP Systems
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies, processes, and strategies.
  • Effective communicator and influencer, skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and confidently handle objections.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Technical acumen to understand and communicate product features and benefits.
  • Curiosity and drive to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient in a dynamic environment.
  • English proficiency is a must.
  • Additional language proficiency is a plus.
