We are looking for a qualified Senior Quality Assurance & Compliance to support and ensure the effectiveness of our quality systems and compliance with international standards in the garment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and update quality policies and procedures.
  • Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective & preventive actions.
  • Perform root cause analysis for non-conformities.
  • Monitor updates in standards and ensure company-wide implementation.
  • Participate in customer and third-party audits.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, WRAP, GOTS, BSCI, RWS, GRS, etc.
  • Conduct internal training on compliance and ethics.
  • Assist in process improvement and policy alignment with laws and internal regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree (Bachelor’s level).
  • 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance & Compliance (preferably in garments)
  • Fluent in Arabic; very good English (spoken and written).
  • Training in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
