looking to hire a qualified:

### Owners Representative

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct regular visits to all contracted hotels to ensure smooth and high-quality operations.

Act as a key liaison between the company and hotel management teams.

Manage and oversee the performance of on-site teams, including site managers, supervisors, technicians, and housekeeping staff.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely provision of resources, materials, and manpower to all sites.

Monitor daily operations and ensure that performance aligns with company standards and client expectations.

Analyze daily and periodic reports to identify areas for improvement.

Ensure the implementation of quality control measures and occupational health and safety standards across all sites.

Solve operational challenges and work proactively to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

At least 7 years of experience in hospitality operations or facility management, preferably within five-star hotels.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.

Professional appearance and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites simultaneously.
