Role Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for an AI Engineer. The AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI models and algorithms that drive our innovative solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning, data analysis, and AI technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Role Description

• Design and develop AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems and enhance product offerings.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services.
• Conduct research to stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies.
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve model performance.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models for scalability and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI models, algorithms, and processes.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development and AI engineering.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on AI-related projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying AI models and algorithms in production environments.
• Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with data processing and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services is a plus.
