The Digital Marketing Manager will provide extensive digital media support to efficiently execute and monitor all digital media activities according to the digital marketing strategy via planning, building the right target audience; implementing, tracking and optimizing digital campaigns across all digital channels; ensuring the best results.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital media strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Plan and execute all digital media plans, including SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Develop and monitor digital media budgets.
- Measure and report performance of all digital media campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Collaborate with brand teams to create to ensure media best practices are followed across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ year of experience in Digital Marketing or a similar role
- Experience in managing SEO/SEM, social media, display advertising, and digital media campaigns.
- Proven ability to measure and report on campaign performance against defined ROI and KPIs.
- Ability to manage digital media budgets effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
