- Coordinate media buying and planning topics with different stakeholders and functions (global media team, local marketing units, local media agencies etc.)
- Manage regional media reportings & planning tools- HMC coordinator & admin responsibility for HMC access for all stakeholders and main HMC support for agencies (questions, troubleshooting, checking of inputs and follow up on topics such as copy names, etc.)
- Collect, prepare and analyze media buying and planning data reports
- Competitive reporting- responsibility for competitive data collection from media agencies- preparation of templates at the beginning of year, monthly collection, tracking, checking Media reviews/ Media pitches- support with templates preparation and collection of inputs from the agencies
- Digital briefing- participation in asset alignments and preparation of digital briefings for agencies
- Preparation and analysis of BLS reports- extraction of learnings from data Ad-hoc requests coordination- collection of various inputs and further
- Participation in media planning topics- understanding of brands, target audiences and activities
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any relevant study
- 0-1 year of relevant work experience
- Proficient knowledge of MS office
- Well organized
