Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator located in Cairo, Egypt. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing office equipment, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer service, and overseeing general office administration tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and office space.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and packages.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and manage office calendar.
  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Support day-to-day office operations and assist different departments when needed.
  • Manage office supplies and liaise with suppliers.
  • Work with ERP system to input data and generate administrative reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the property consultants and managers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic – both spoken and written.
  • Strong experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional appearance and communication style.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
