We are seeking a highly driven Product Owner to lead the development and management of our MedTech digital platform. You will oversee the product lifecycle from design through testing and rollout, ensuring seamless project management and cross-functional coordination. A critical part of your role will be working closely with the marketing team to position our solutions effectively in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and shape the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for our digital health solutions.

Translate business needs and user requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a user-centered design approach.

Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle: design, development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.

Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions with development teams.

Conduct product testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliveries.

Develop go-to-market plans in collaboration with marketing, ensuring strong product-market fit and effective positioning.

Act as the main point of contact between technical teams, clinical stakeholders, and business teams.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product success and inform future development priorities.

Stay up-to-date with digital health trends, regulations, and innovations to drive product competitiveness.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Health Informatics, or related field. (Master’s preferred.)

1–3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in MedTech, Digital Health, or Healthcare IT.

Strong experience managing digital platforms from concept through delivery.

Proven ability to translate complex medical/clinical needs into simple, impactful digital solutions.

Excellent project management and agile delivery skills.

Experience in coordinating with marketing teams for product launches and market positioning.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Familiarity with medical device regulations, data privacy (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR), and digital health compliance standards is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM).

Knowledge of digital health platforms, telemedicine solutions, or patient engagement technologies.

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or equivalent.
