Role Description

We are currently seeking a Production Manager to join our team in Alexandria, Egypt. This is a full-time, on-site position. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, optimizing production efficiency, maintaining quality control, and managing production schedules to meet customer requirements. The ideal candidate will also bring strong cross-functional experience in accounting, logistics, and supply chain management, enabling effective coordination between departments and cost-efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise day-to-day production activities to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing processes.
  • Monitor and improve production KPIs, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to align production costs with budgetary goals.
  • Work closely with logistics and supply chain departments to ensure smooth material flow and inventory control.
  • Manage production staff and provide leadership, support, and technical guidance.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement process optimization strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in production management, process optimization, and quality assurance.
  • Background or working knowledge in accounting, logistics, and supply chain operations.
  • Familiarity with the basic chemicals and petrochemicals industry is Must
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemicals Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Additional knowledge in finance or logistics is a plus.
