Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter located in Cairo, Egypt. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and providing a seamless candidate experience. The recruiter will ensure that the hiring process is efficient and that the best talent is acquired to meet the companys needs.

Qualifications
  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring skills
  • Strong Communication and Interviewing skills
  • Experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
