Nuitriti Pharma: We have more than 10 years of experience our story began in 2014, by focusing on one of the main health Problems in the Egyptian market which is Obesity products.

We are a pharmaceutical company in the nutrition field seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to join our team. The District Manager for Medical Representatives will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of medical representatives in Giza.

 Responsibilities:

- Effectively lead, coach, and develop a team of medical representatives to achieve their goals and contribute to the companys growth.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, productivity, and professional growth.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share within the assigned region.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure successful product launches and promotional activities.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and other medical personnel.

- Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and other events to showcase our companys expertise and products.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Vet, Agriculture, or a related field.

- Minimum experience years from 5 to 8 years in the same field.
