Grants and Proposals Manager

Up-fuse is seeking a Project Manager to lead and expand our sustainable education Proposal, , vocational training programs Proposals & Grant Acquisition . This role is crucial in driving impact through project development, Sustainability awareness, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement sustainable learning programs for different societal segments.
• Develop and expand vocational training and capacity-building initiatives focused on sustainability and environmental awareness.
• Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, and reporting.
• Identify and seize opportunities for new sustainability projects.
• Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Research, write, and submit grant proposals, tenders, and funding applications.
• Secure financial support for projects focused on environmental education and sustainable fashion.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and institutional partners.
• Collaborate with NGOs, businesses, and academic institutions to strengthen sustainable education programs.
• Lead initiatives that promote women’s inclusion, circular economy practices, and ethical fashion.
• Organize and oversee training sessions, workshops, and awareness campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in project management, sustainability, or social impact sectors.
• Strong expertise in proposal writing, fundraising, and grant acquisition.
• Ability to design and implement educational programs with a sustainability focus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Passionate about vocational training, environmental awareness, and women’s empowerment.
