Responsibilities:

  • Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications, and software
  • SharePoint/OneDrive administrating and operating.
  • Microsoft Power BI reports creating and managing
  • Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required
  • Assisting with systems integrations
  • Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
  • Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Managing coordination at a local and international level where required
  • Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business
  • Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization’s systems
  • Developing reports for teams across the business
  • Database administrating.
  • Server Patching on Monthly basis.
  • Perform systems operations, monitor systems activities, and ensure smooth daily operation of systems facilities

Requirements:

Formal Education & Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent technical degree
  • Minimum of 1 years experience as an Application Support in a related field

Knowledge & Experience

  • Basic knowledge of front end and back-end programming languages, such as C#.NET, VB.NET, JavaScript, experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
  • Strong understanding in SharePoint online and in-prim/OneDrive
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application
  • Experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes and strong familiarity with using SQL commands.
  • Ability to manage code migration, document configuration changes, and monitor performance.
  • Ability to keep up with innovation in application design.
  • Exceptional communication skills.

  • Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals.
