Tema manufacturing is looking for an experienced Fabric Quality Control Specialist to ensure the quality and compliance of all fabrics used in our production processes. This role requires expertise in fabric quality standards, testing procedures, and process monitoring to deliver the highest-quality fabrics that meet both customer expectations and industry requirements.

With Us, You Will Be Responsible for:

  • Ensure all fabrics comply with standard quality regulations.
  • Evaluate the quality of raw fabrics upon receipt, ensuring adherence to the company’s standards.
  • Use the 4-point system for assessing fabric quality and recording inspection results.
  • Identify and report any defects or inconsistencies in the fabric.
  • Conduct washing tests and other necessary evaluations to assess fabric durability, colorfastness, and shrinkage.
  • Ensure all test results meet the required specifications before production approval.
  • Analyze inspection and testing processes for areas of improvement and propose solutions to enhance fabric quality.

The Candidate We Are Looking For:

*Education: Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

*Experience:

-Minimum from 2- 5 years of experience in fabric quality control or textile manufacturing.

-Proficiency in the 4-point system for fabric inspection.

-Strong knowledge of fabric properties, weaving, and dyeing processes.

-Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

-Strong communication and collaboration skills.
