Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Business Partner located in Alexandria, Egypt. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. Day-to-day tasks include handling HR management activities, supporting employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The HR Business Partner will work closely with departmental managers to address HR-related issues and contribute to the overall strategic goals of the company. Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Experience in Personnel Management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role is a plus
