The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Email Marketing Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of high-impact email campaigns across global client accounts. You’ll manage everything from lifecycle flows to newsletters, product launches, re-engagement campaigns, and A/B tests. This role is for someone who blends strong copy instincts, data analysis, and marketing automation expertise to drive real conversion outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities

– Develop and execute targeted, high-converting email campaigns across multiple segments

– Design and optimize automated workflows for onboarding, nurturing, upselling, and retention

– Write compelling, brand-aligned subject lines and copy with strong CTAs

– Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, send times, and layout

– Monitor campaign KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions, unsubscribe) and report insights

– Collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams to align email with broader campaigns

– Ensure email deliverability, compliance (GDPR/CAN-SPAM), and mobile responsiveness

– Advise clients on email strategies and lifecycle marketing best practices

Requirements

– 5+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing and lifecycle automation

– Must have experience working with Braze

– Experience with CleverTap is a strong plus

– Proven ability to scale campaigns and optimize lifecycle journeys for B2C or B2B

– Excellent writing skills with strong conversion and brand alignment instincts

– Familiarity with HTML email formatting, segmentation logic, and personalization

– Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and improve strategy

– Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

– Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital agencies preferred
