Job Title: Tele Sales Specialist

Cold Caller – Solar Campaign (Fluent English Speakers)

Location: Heliopolis, Cairo (Hybrid after 1 month)

Job Description:

Innovative Work Solutions, a leading outsourcing company based in Heliopolis, Cairo, is hiring fluent English speakers to join our outbound sales team for an exciting solar campaign. In this role, you’ll be responsible for engaging potential customers via cold calls, delivering high-quality service, and generating interest in solar solutions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for driven individuals looking to build a career in sales and customer engagement within a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients regarding solar energy solutions.

Effectively communicate the benefits of solar products and services.

Build rapport and maintain a professional tone throughout each call.

Meet daily and monthly performance targets.

Record and update customer information accurately in the system.

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet campaign goals.

Requirements:

Fluency in English is mandatory.

Previous cold calling or Tele sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to work in a structured and target-driven environment.

Availability to work the fixed shift from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (includes a 1 hour and 42-minute break).

Commitment to attend a 1–2 week fully paid training.

Benefits:

Competitive Salary: EGP 15,000 Basic + Unlimited Commission

commission per lead 100-300 based on volume

Attractive Commission: Unlimited Commission

Fixed Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

Social & Medical Insurance

Medical insurance provided by AXA

Fully Paid Training (1–2 weeks max)

Work from Home option available after 1 month
