Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SAP HCM Consultant with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules to ensure effective HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support and enhancements in SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll.

Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.

Participate in SAP HCM configuration and testing activities.

Identify system improvements and enhancements based on evolving business needs.

Troubleshoot and resolve SAP HCM issues and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

Assist in end-user training and documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

2–3 years of experience working with SAP HCM modules.

Knowledge of HCM business processes and best practices.

Hands-on experience in configuration and support of at least two of the following: PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, ESS/MSS.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
