We are looking for a highly creative, technically skilled, and experienced Senior Motion Graphics Designer to lead the creation of high-impact visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, branding, explainer videos, and digital ads.
As a Senior Motion Designer, you’ll bring static visuals to life through animation, video editing, typography, and special effects, working closely with content creators, marketing strategists, and brand managers to deliver engaging, on-brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Concept & Design
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of motion graphics projects from storyboard to final output.
- Develop creative animations, kinetic typography, and transitions that align with campaign goals and brand identity.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and scriptwriters to translate ideas into motion.
Technical Execution
- Design and animate graphics for social media, digital ads, YouTube content, product explainers, and brand videos.
- Handle video compositing, color grading, masking, sound syncing, and visual effects.
- Edit and assemble raw footage and assets into polished videos ready for distribution.
Strategy & Creative Leadership
- Take creative ownership of projects
- Stay on top of animation trends, platform-specific formats, and visual storytelling techniques.
-Suggest new creative approaches to elevate the visual identity of campaigns.
Workflow & Delivery
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Organize project files, templates, and assets for team use.
- Deliver high-resolution and platform-optimized outputs across different formats (Reels, Stories, YouTube, etc.).
Job Requirements:
- 4 to 5+ years of experience in Motion Graphics or related fields.
- Must provide a portfolio of completed design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong skills in video editing, color grading, sound syncing, and visual effects.
- Ability to create kinetic typography, smooth transitions, and engaging animations.
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts.
- Solid understanding of branding and platform-specific content (Reels, YouTube, Ads, etc.).
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and storytelling.
- Up-to-date with motion design trends and visual techniques.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
