- Responsibility for team engagement, motivation and effective succession planning to ensure operational success and employee development& retention.
- Provide coaching, training and support to your team to ensure the team operates efficiently and that KPIs are met.
- Contribute to the recruitment and selection process of the Claims Team in the Region.
- Support Global Claims to distribute and monitor the teams daily workload to facilitate: Effective management of Claims tasks o The attainment of individual and group productivity.
- Carry out individual performance management in order to maintain and improve individual productivity and quality through regular one-to-ones.
- Carry out regular team meetings and huddles and one-to-ones to improve internal communication and to inform your team of departmental policies and protocols.
- Liaise with other departments,
- Analyse, Report& Provide the Global Claims Team with trends, insights and recommendations on performance
- Highlight knowledge gaps to training team& include in huddles use cases.
