To spearhead how we utilise technology to optimise production, were on the lookout for a visionary and results-driven Manufacturing Systems Engineer. In this role, youll serve as the go-to expert for all manufacturing systems-related matters, bridging the gap between manufacturing processes, data platforms, analytics and IT whilst championing continuous innovation.

As a qualified industrial engineer with applied knowledge in advanced analytics, your understanding goes beyond manufacturing. Your IT know-how and appetite for AI will equip you to tackle immediate challenges while contributing to our businesss long-term goals. With us, youll head up our Lesotho-based Data Analytics team, bringing expertise, decisive leadership and hands-on guidance to create a connected, intelligent manufacturing environment where innovation is ongoing.

The pioneering Manufacturing Systems Engineer best suited to our team will:

• Take ownership of all digital manufacturing systems, platforms and reporting tools.
• Liaise between the manufacturing team and HQ on all IT-related projects.
• Lead the implementation of all digital transformation projects.
• Lead and mentor a growing team of technical support staff.
• Maintain collaboration across teams to align digital initiatives with our business goals.
• Ensure a holistic view of how our manufacturing systems integrate with IT and AI.
• Bring a curious and proactive mindset, and continuously seek industry advancements.
• Travel occasionally between manufacturing sites to support implementation and alignment.
