About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Operations Lead with a strong background in Quran education to drive daily execution, improve systems, and scale team effectiveness. Youll oversee three key departments — Sales & Conversions, Customer Success, and Quality Assurance — with a focus on process improvement, tools, and automation.

You must bring both domain expertise and operational excellence to help us serve thousands of students globally through our platforms.

Responsibilities

As our Operations Lead, you will:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth delivery across all teams
  • Improve sales processes to increase conversion rates and reduce friction
  • Lead Customer Success to ensure a top-tier experience from on boarding to renewal
  • Drive QA improvements and implement continuous feedback loops
  • Streamline operations through better tools, documentation, and automation
  • Implement and monitor OKRs and KPIs with clear accountability
  • Upskill and support team members with SOPs, training, and regular reviews
  • Identify bottlenecks and optimize workflows with scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years in operations or team leadership (preferably in education or tech)
  • Proven experience managing Quran-focused education or platforms
  • Strong understanding of student lifecycle from inquiry to retention
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes and implement automation
  • Familiarity with tools such as CRMs (Zoho/Hub spot), task systems, and communication platforms
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Fluent in Arabic; English is a plus
  • Able to work full-time aligned with Cairo business hours

  • Knowledge of EdTech tools or SaaS platforms
  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Air table, or custom integrations)
  • Background in managing online tutors or service teams
