? Job Opportunity: YouTube Lead Generation Specialist (Egypt-based)
We are looking for experienced digital marketers based in Egypt to run YouTube ad campaigns targeting an English-speaking audience in the UK.
This is a competitive test project:
3 marketers will be selected.
Each will receive a small test budget to run campaigns.
You will be paid an hourly rate for the time you spend setting up and managing the ads, in addition to the ad budget.
The goal is to generate leads for UK homeowners aged 60–80.
The marketer who delivers the best results will be offered ongoing work with larger budgets.
✅ Requirements
Proven experience running YouTube Ads (lead generation)
Able to follow written instructions in English
Comfortable targeting English-speaking demographics
Fluent in Arabic and English (to communicate with our junior marketer in Cairo)
Available to provide a short campaign report at the end of the test
