Marketing Manager (Remote – Egypt Based)

Job Type:Full-time

Location:Remote (candidates must be based in Egypt)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to grow client brands (social, digital, content, events, and partnerships).
  • Plan and manage campaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring KPIs are met.
  • Lead client accounts, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Oversee and coordinate with designers, copywriters, and media buyers to deliver high-quality work.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple projects.
  • Keep up with industry trends and integrate new tools/strategies into campaigns.
  • Support business development with proposals, pitch decks, and case studies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven marketing experience(agency experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and paid advertising.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills (English fluency required; Arabic a plus).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working remotely.
