The GM Bakery Solutions will be responsible for a sales of all IFFCO products for bakery channels ih the direction established in the strategic plans.
Roles & Responsibilities- Full implementation of IFFCO Values (PIECE) and Vision.
- Overall business performance in terms of Market Share, Sales (value + volume), Profits and ROCE.
- Develop and implement (after approval) the Business Plan and Annual Budget for the BU.
- Explore new business opportunities (markets, products) in order to diversify customer primarily from co packing agreements.
- Drive efficiencies at all levels of the business to ensure maximum performance.
- Perform periodical business reviews against set and agreed targets.
- Constant development of contingency plans to address changes in marketplace
- Ensure full compliance with the Law and Code of Conduct.
- In collaboration with HR develop a Succession Plan, Training & Development program to ensure retention of key resources and a strong talent pool.
- Provide Leadership to all levels of the organization to ensure full alignment of the same to the Targets set.

- 10-15 years’ experience in managing medium or large sized organization in ingredients industry covering bakery channels.
- Having experience outside the home country is a must and GCC experience is a plus. Experience in developing new markets and products.
Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in related field or Business Administration from a reputable Business School.
