Job Purpose:

Ensure that the daily functions and procedures of the receiving and issues for all items run smoothly and efficiently Their duties revolve around shipping, receiving, and maintaining inventory They fulfill orders, package items for shipment, and arrange delivery pickups

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the proper storage of items or goods stored in the warehouse
  • Reserve space allocation for property and items or goods
  • Ensure that labels for goods are updated and accurate and that all goods and properties are stored in the correct location
  • Ensure that all receipts are processed in a timely manner
  • Ensure that requested goods are delivered to the appropriate requester on time
  • Properly identifies goods or items and correcting discrepancies related to their quality, nomenclature, identification, or part numbers
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance by physically counting and identifying items or goods in the warehouse or stock room
  • Keep accurate and detailed records and ensuring that information or details about goods or items are correct

Job Skills and Abilities:

  • Has a detailed understanding of inventory control/management systems
  • Good level of English
  • Attention to details
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree from any discipline
