• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets aligned with strategic objectives.
• Provide accurate and timely financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support decision-making and drive financial performance.
• Perform variance analysis between actual results, budgets, and forecasts, identifying key drivers and communicating findings to stakeholders.
• Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess the impact of strategic initiatives, investments, and market changes on financial performance.
• Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, KPIs, and operational trends to identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions to optimize financial outcomes.
• Prepare and present financial reports and presentations for executive leadership, board meetings, and investors.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data, including revenue recognition, expense tracking, and cost allocation.
• Support the development and implementation of financial systems, tools, and processes to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
• Min 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of financial analysis tools and software, such as Excel, financial planning software
• Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial metrics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of key drivers and dynamics in the fintech industry.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to both financial and non-financial audiences.
