Consulting Delivery Associate

The Consulting Delivery Associate will assist in driving the strategy of delivering excellence via effective management of tools, data and processes across the Customer Consulting team.

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

• Support data consolidation, analysis and governance activities.
• Assist in building and managing reports and dashboards for delivering key data insights that enable strategic decision making.
• Assist in managing tools and methodologies that promote effective project management strategies.
• Collaborate with key partners across different business units.
• Develop, maintain and publish key marketing content to promote the teams story and brand value.
• Identify operational requirements and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in training and onboarding activities for new users in the consulting team to enable them to deliver/implement projects efficiently.
• Support building a robust delivering excellence framework that enables a culture of ongoing process improvements.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficient in PowerBI
• Salesforce knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Effective communication

Experience:

• 1-3 years previous experience either in process improvement or operations roles.
