Digital Business Analysis and Documentation (IIBA)

• Conduct comprehensive digital business analysis to identify, define, and document current and future state processes.
• Develop and maintain detailed business analysis documentation, including business requirement documents, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and facilitate workshops to drive consensus on business needs.
• Utilize IIBA principles and frameworks to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure successful implementation of digital solutions that meet business objectives.
• Analyze and document system functionalities, gaps, and risks, while providing recommendations for improvement.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support to business users throughout the testing process.
• Stay current with trends in digital transformation and business analysis methodologies to continually improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, specifically in digital environments.
• Certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) is strongly preferred.
• Extensive experience in documenting business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Strong knowledge of digital processes, tools, and technologies.
• Proficient in business analysis methodologies and techniques, including Agile and waterfall.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and gathering requirements through interviews and group sessions.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
