Job description
We are seeking a Social Media Buyer with proven experience in media buying to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, results-driven, and familiar with all social media advertising tools. Design skills will be a plus for creating engaging ad content.
Key Responsibilities:
Media Buying & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Monitor ad performance, adjust budgets, and optimize targeting to maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads to improve performance and conversion rates.
Strategy & Market Analysis
- Research target audiences, market trends, and competitors to refine ad strategies.
- Analyze campaign data and generate reports to track success and make data-driven decisions.
- Identify opportunities to scale campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency.
Creative & Content Collaboration
- Work closely with designers and content creators to ensure high-quality, engaging ad creatives.
- If skilled in design, assist in creating eye-catching graphics or video content for ads.
- Stay up to date with platform updates and best practices for ad placements and formats.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer managing paid campaigns on multiple social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience in audience targeting, retargeting, and budget allocation.
- Excellent analytical skills to measure ad performance and optimize accordingly.
- Familiarity with marketing funnels, conversions, and lead generation strategies.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Design skills (Photoshop, Canva, or similar) are a plus.
- Ability to work remotely, manage tasks independently, and meet deadlines.
