WEBSITE DESIGNER (REMOTE)

Pay:

Salary: E£ 15,000 - E£ 25,000

Bonus Pay: Extra E£ 1000 at the end of each month for no missed deadlines

Promotions: Top performers earn a raise every 3 months

Job Description

Were looking for ambitious individuals to join our remote team. In this role, youll design websites using Figma and work with a close team to ensure that your designs are meeting our standards of quality—all from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities

• Design responsive website layouts using Figma.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure designs meet technical requirements.
• Revise designs based on client feedback and team input.
• Maintain consistent branding and user experience across projects.

Requirements:

• Figma Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in Figma web design (Mandatory).
• English Fluency: Must be conversationally fluent C1 level or higher (Mandatory).
• Reliable Computer & Internet: Must have a computer, microphone and stable internet connection (Mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree: A university or college degree is appreciated but not required.
• Framer Experience: Experience using Framer is appreciated but not required.

Interview Process

• Initial Interview: An introductory meeting to discuss your experience and our company.
• Technical Interview: A web page design task will be provided to assess Figma skills.
• Final Decision: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the design task and will be informed of our decision within 24 hours.
