A Catalog Associate is required to perform frequent data entry and content procurement for the product catalog for the companys website and interact with supervisors to identify/correct complaints and maintain records of work received and performed.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Corrects and updates catalog records, forms, orders, and general correspondence.
- Arranges, edit and files content on excel sheets and other library materials.
- Thoroughly check product details to ensure accuracy and completeness of the data.
- Thoroughly review authoritative sources to validate catalog data when needed.
- Browse the site and use the search box to look for products.
- Perform market research to stay updated with the companys products.
- Perform market research to price the products according to the companys criteria.
