HR Executive needed to Join immediately Mobishastra Technologies ;

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

- Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming integration into the company.

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

- Social Insurance firm handling form 1, 2 and 6.

Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices to ensure company compliance.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

- At least 1 year of experience in an HR role or relevant internship experience.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Working Hours : From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Work Location : Misr L gdida

Two days off ( Friday and Saturday)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: E£7,000.00 - E£8,000.00 per month
