• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and design effective processes.
• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency.
• Support the development and implementation of technology solutions that align with business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from users.
• Document process designs and functional specifications to guide implementation efforts.

• At least 0-2 years in Oracle cloud HCM implementation experiences.
• Knowledge at least of one the HCM tracks (Core Human Resources, Onboarding, Benefits, Absence Management, Workforce Modeling and Predictions, Workforce Directory, HR Help Desk, Work Life Solutions, Advanced HCM Controls).
• Knowledge at least of one the HCM tracks (Core Human Resources, Onboarding, Benefits, Absence Management, Workforce Modelling and Predictions, Workforce Directory, HR Help Desk, Work Life Solutions, Advanced HCM Controls).
• Knowledge of SQL and PL-SQL is an asset.
