The purpose of this role is to provide technical risk management leadership to the organization in the identification and response to risk exposures, appropriate control measures and administrative guidance in the review and evaluation of risk management issues.

To ensure that the organization adheres to all relevant laws, regulations and standards, and internal policies.

Oversees internal investigations on matters related to compliance issues, audit results, reports of problems, or suspected violations and any resulting corrective actions.

Assess the effectiveness of an organisations control systems to help management to reduce fraud and errors, improve efficiency, and follow laws and regulations

SCOPE

  • Helping CLT to ensure that an adequate Risk Management Framework is in place, maintained and working effectively. In addition, provide risk analytics, advising on risk impact and opportunities, and the appropriate response strategies thereto, as well as providing assurance on the organizational health, regulatory compliance and internal control environment.
  • Monitor and report on the implementation of audits recommendations and compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.
  • Investigating fraud or other breach cases detected or reported and give recommendations to be endorsed by CD and CLT under supervision of Counter Fraud Unit (CFU) ).
