Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Manager with 10-15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial health of the company, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic insights to drive financial performance. The Financial Manager will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk management while optimizing financial processes and supporting the companys overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead and develop financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, to support strategic decision-making.
• Budget Management: Oversee the preparation of budgets and manage the companys cash flow to ensure financial stability and optimal resource allocation.
• Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports are prepared and presented to senior management, highlighting key financial insights.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Monitor and ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and internal financial policies. Develop and implement risk management policies to safeguard company assets.
• Cost Control & Expense Management: Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost control measures across departments.
• Treasury Management: Manage cash flow, investments, and the companys banking relationships to optimize liquidity and funding arrangements.
• Internal Controls: Establish, review, and enhance internal financial controls and procedures to maintain data accuracy and prevent fraud.
• Financial Strategy & Advising: Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management on investments, capital structure, and financial planning initiatives.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key point of contact for external auditors, regulatory bodies, and key financial stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A masters degree (MBA) or a professional qualification (CPA, CFA, ACCA) is preferred.
• 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial management.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, risk management, and corporate governance.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
